I just turned fourteen years old and im looking for a summer job
I really love animals such as dogs,and cats.im really smart in school I get good grades.I also love baby sitting,I love swimming,and I love helping others.also I think its time for myself to have my own money and stop begging for some money from my mom,so can you help me find a job im located in pittsburg ca

Unfortunately, the above answers are correct that you probably can’t get a job. There are exceptions to the work permit rules, but because of the economy, you won’t find anything right now anyway.
The best thing you can do right now is try babysitting and/or dog-walking. You can put up flyers in your neighborhood or have your parents send emails to their friends saying you’re available to babysit. It’s always best to do that for people you know… Be careful!
That’s probably your best bet for making some cash this summer. You can also ask your parents if you can take the recycling to the collector for some cash instead of them throwing it out.

I am 15 and I aint got a job I have literally asked nearly everyone and I cant get one till im 16 so I gave up and now im in college I swear college is a hell lot betta than work plus if you need the money wait until your 16 and start claiming EMA hehehe
you cant get a job until you’re 15 1/2. you can babysit for your mom’s friends and try to make some money, or wash cars for a little extra cash though.
