Ohhh myyy goood.
I am sooo screwed.
I play trombone. and a few weeks ago I got our marching music... I've had like a month to practice... and im just starting...
I have like 7 songs to learn and memorize! im so screwed!
I know lower notes... but not higher one.. and guess what... ALL THESE SONGS ARE HIGH!
my little sister was going to help me. but she cant find her music book. (she plays trombone too)
so im screwed... I have no help.
and I cant ask my best friend... because shes squad leader of the section.. and if I tell her I havent practiced at all and dont know the music.. she'll be p*ssed!
what should I do?
should I tell her I was out of town, and couldnt practice? ...
on... vacation... out of state? I dont know... then id be lying...
but I love marching.. I love playing... but I just got side tracked!
please help me... what do I do?

yea you should tell you friend I have done the EXACT same thing before ^.^ it's much better because I didn't tell my friend and I totally blew it was not worth keeping it a secret so you should tell your friend believe me it will work out better.
yup...go to your friend and ask ...beg for her help. I'd rather be look stupid in front of a good friend than the whole entire band!!
Ask your friend for help. I have band camp in two weeks!
