I have a stud earring but don't know how to take it out... HELP!!!

Hi, I have a stud earring that I no matter how I tried I won’t go off(pulling…). I tried to go to claire’s and ask but the said I have to twist the ball infront of it. I tried a lot but I wouldn’t work, can any body help me please !!!

clarins is NOT a prefesional piercing place its just full of inexpirienced idiots who use the gun no wonder your not getting any help there because they have NO idea what there talking about a real piercer would have used a surgical steel needle to pierce you it depends on what you have if its an earring stud you need to hold both ends and pop the back off by pulling it and turning it slightly if its a labret (with a screw on ball) hold both ends and firmly twist/unscrew the ball off or go to a profesional piercer who will remove it for you
