Am I confusing attraction with love?

ok so i have a problem … I’m dating someone yet i have feelings for another guy, however i am 100% loyal. id rather break up than cheat… It gets more complicated… the guy that i have feelings for, is a bit older than I’d ever consider dating (he’s 19 or 20 while I’m only 16) but its just so hard to stop liking him cause he works for my parents and he gives me signs that he likes me as well, like when my friend is playing around with me and calls me negative things, he always sticks up for me and i always caught him looking at me in only a way that someone that likes you can look.. he’s always at my house and its uncomfortable because i am physically attracted to him in a way i have never been before. In addition to liking him, i love his mother and she also works for my family. I can’t keep avoiding him my imagination is going so wild thinking about him im confusing attraction with love !!! i can’t tell my parents or else he and his mother will probably get fired… what should i do?
