How can I lose 100lbs in a year?

How can I loose 100 pounds in a year (seriously, i’d weigh 119 if I lost 100 pounds)? Because I hate being as fat as I am, everyone is so much smaller than me. I have tried not eating but my dad is starting to get mad and bought me Mcdonalds the other day :(. I have depression and I can’t get myself in a mood to excersize, (or make myself). I am shy, and I have anxiety really bad I think. I wish my dad wouldn’t buy fast food without asking me. Any ideas how i can fix this??

Oh my goodness, thats ok, so your a little over weight. cut down the snacks, start working out a little. eat healthier food. but dont go all drastic like puking it up. no no no, that kills your heart!! im serious!

But remeber, idk if your a Christian but, GOD made you JUST the way he wanted you to be. [= your PERFECT to him!!!

100 lbs in a year is a tall order. I think you will have better luck with smaller, more attainable goals. If you weigh 219 now how about loosing 10% of your weight to get down to 197? That is enough to look and feel better and completing one goal you can shoot for the next.

Don’t try to loose weight by not eating. Try making better food choices and eating healthy portions of food. It isn’t necessary to starve.

You have answered your own question. The best option for you is to get your dad involved in your weight loss. Explain to him that you feel the need to get healthy. You want to lose the excess weight you have and that need him to support your decision. Maybe ask him to take a walk with you. Make it a competition see who can walk further, or how far you can walk each day. I think if you chose to include your father rather than exclude him you may see more support.
