I dont want this big belly anymore

I am 20 years 5’4 142lbs and I have a 6 year old I have a big belly it looks like I’m pregnant I dont understand why it wont go down and when I eat it gets even bigger I hold it in very well it almost looks flat but when I let it out it looks like I am prego I just started going to the gym I dont do much cardio b/c last time it made me loose my butt and not my stomach at that time I worked out for 3 months but this time I am very dedicated can anyone give me some advice on what to do or eat or something I heard eating egg whites boiled is good and slim fast shakes I appreciate the help

for a good healthy diet instead of eating all junk for snacks yoou should eat fruits yogurt nutigain bars and vegstebales. and drink plenty of water instead of soda and gatorade.

you are probably bloated the best thing to do is to start eating a lot of proitein and if that doesnt help maybe you should try to see a doctor so they help out with the problem and tell you what is wrong hope I helped
