I can't understand guys lol so I need a little help always!?

If I texted a guy way earlier that I couldn’t hangout that day why would he just text me back way later just to tell me his phone was off an he was at the movies just to say he wasn’t ignoring me an goodnight because he never use to do that he just wouldn’t text back but I don’t know

He just wanted you to know that he wasnt ignoring you, simple as that. It happens to me quite often because I turn my phone off at work or whatever and then when I turn it on I always return texts unless they just say something pointless.
