I'm having a hard time sleeping during the night . I think its because I take long naps in the day . but I get so tired during the day I fall asleep . and it is hard sometimes for me to make it on time to my first class . and I don't get to eat breakfast because I'm always in a rush or to tired to make it ugh is there something I can do about it?!
I wouldn't ever worry about not having a whole lot of sleep but about 8 hours should
do you good! I normally miss out my last class of the day and take a nap, who would
ever think that my teacher so loud and boring wouldn't see you snoozing off but
would notice one lil chew of bubble gum!
you need to change your sleep cycle. No matter how tired you are during the day..stay up and it will be easier to sleep at night. I have been where you are.. It is not easy. other ways is exercise. makes you tired ,but try not taking naps during the day.
