Why am I sooo hyper all the time??
jessie dotn listen to them! who cares if your always hyper. its fine its not like its some medical disese! im hyper a lot too! even ask Shanna and Sacha. even JUstice would agree! though he has a sick perverted little ind. wonder whee he ot that from JESSIE? I wonder???!!!
anyways tottly off topic.. yeah being hyper is nothin it means your healthy and hat you have lots of energy.
just because your 14 doesnt mean your not on drugs... my cousin started drugs at 13... anyway, yeah cut back on sugar and make sure you have a regular sleep pattern... I used to take naps and then the rest of the day id be super hyper and couldnt sleep later...
well I have some junk problem when ever I eat sugar or junk food I get really sick thats why I am so skiny and junk food makes me feel really disgusting I rarely ever eat it...
Could you possible be ADHD?
Um also do you drink a lot of caffine or energy drinks? Yeah well if you drink mosters or stuff like all the time you would be pretty hyper.
