Not at all. Breast milk doesnt contain anything harmful and its very healthy. In fact, its not an unheard of fetish and men pay money online at certain sites to order breast milk from lactating women. Just make sure your producing enough for the baby still, and also if hes sucking it from your breast make sure to clean them well afterwards before your baby eats.
A lot of cancer patients are fed human breast milk as it has lots of anti-bodies which fight off any unwanted viruses which may make their already weak immune systems even weaker. Its not harmful aslng as there’s plenty left for baby
