I have so many of these peppers. Any ideas what to do with them. I am running out. Or tell me how to pickle them or jar them.
You want to save them or give them to people who need them. You need a book that shows you how to can you can probably buy it over the internet.
You can stuff them…the options are endless
If you’re going to can them, then cook them first by roasting them in the oven and peeling off the skins
