Your stomach isnt what eats so much, its your mouth. Stop putting so much food in your mouth, and your stomach will just have to play along. :)

first of all dont pressue ur self excresize daily and eat fruits veggies meats protiens and grains/whole grains

Break your meals down into smaller meals and eat regularly. We tend to overeat because we are starving by the time we get to our meals. Also staying hydrated helps, because your body can mistake thirst for hunger. Then lastly, make sure that when you do eat, you eat slowly. That way you’ll feel fuller quicker.
