How Would I look Blonde?

so, i have dark-brown hair and brows and i want blonde hair and lighter eyebrows. but i have some problems…

my mom won’t let me dye my eye brows [she thinks i might get blinded from the dye]
my mom won’t let me dye me hair blonde [but i might be able 2 convince her]
i have tan skin
i have dark brows

what should i do to try to convince my mom and find out what i would look like blonde

please help

You can always lighten the brows with dye or bleach. The tan skin is probably a lot lighter than my wife who has very dark skin and looked good with near platinum hair sometimes. Use Jolen Cream bleach on your brows for only a few minutes which will do the trick and it wont run like a dye because it is the consistency of a facial mask. We also need a photo of you to really be the judge of what you would look like….. =P
