  I have heard that milk is a little fatning and im completely against more than one glass a day...so I guess its worth a try...but you can consume too much and get milk bumps((I have had them they suck!!!))

  There are lot of questions to ask you.Health is very nesessary.Any way only eating good food or slipping mony hours cant make you fat.I would like to advice you,you have go to yound friends docters

  Well,I tink you mean how to get thick but in shape. Do a lot of push ups, and they have stuff to mix with your drinks. but you have to work out when you drink it or you will become fat.

  WELL SOME POEPLE ARE JUST THIN & KAN N0T GET FAT, iTZ JUST VERY GENETIC. WELL TRy TO EAT MORE. BUT DONT OVER FULL yOUR SELF OR yOU WiLL GET SiCK OF EATiNG a lot.
