well ders is a lad and I like him 4 3 years and in school im always starin at him …I think hes kinda freaked out now lol

Uhmm, well hun, if your always staring at him and only him I bet he already knows you like him. Lol. But if you just stare at everybody else to than he probably just thinks your wierd. Lol no offence. But if he doesnt already know than you should get to know him more than tell him. If you dont really know him and your just another person to him than its not gonna mean anything to him when or if you tell him. But if you have any other questions, fun mail me. Im usaully really good with giving advice about this kind of stuff.

hey well all I can say is just talk to him and flirt a little and then get a friend to ask him if he likes you if he says ya then ask him out laugh at his jokes and all that but dont scare him off hope I helped xx
