How do I supress my appetite?

Its really annoying recently I’ve randomly started to eat a lot more and im afraid of gaining weight, I have no clue why im eating more maybe its because im always freezing cold and it warms my body? I dunno but please give me tips on how to suppress appetite so I don’t gain weight…

Try eating fruits when you feel hungry, especially bananas they fill you up : ) have a low fat yoghurt, muller lights are really nice ^^ or you could make a small sandwich or bun (laughing cow cheese triangles are really nice on a brown bun and fill you up)

I also find drawing, listening to music, chewing gum or just a little hobby makes me forget I’m hungry.

Drink a whole glass of water before each meal and eat very slowly - often you’re full long before your brain has a chance to register it.

Wait at least 10 minutes before seconds, or dessert - your body will let you know what it needs.

you are 15 years old, your body is growing, you will need to eat more food then you used to, nothing abnormal about it

Almonds are a great appetite supressor and a really good healthy snack (also drinking lots of water… it fills you up without the damage!)

Hmm well this is an alternative, whenever I get bingey (no it’s not a real word) I try to eat lots of fruits and vegetables, that way atleast I’m filling up on good stuff…

I don’t think ‘suppression’ is healthy. If you’re hungry, you’re hungry… its primal. If you’re thirsty, you drink, if you’re horny, you… well… you know…

Option #1 - Just eat smaller portions, more often…

Option #2 - Eat when you want, but exercise more often, or for a longer period of time.

It may just be the seasons changing… I eat more in the Fall and Winter…

& YOU really don’t have to worry about it, after all you are a vegan right? Or was it a vegi? Well, either way you don’t have to worry about staying away from red meat & such, lol. Remember to eat withi the half hour you get up to get your metabalism started. DON’T crash diet! It’s actually harder to loose weight. Broccly is filling, & it takes more carbs to burn it than it actually has. But don’t go crazy dieting, you’re beautiful as you are, you better not go anorexic. I’ll have to pay a visit & kick your butt XD

lol you don’t have to worry about that yet chick. But hey, from what I’ve heard eat 6 Small meals a day & it will help. Also drink a lot of water & do excersize before eatig your meals so it curves your appetite. I’ve not tried it, I really don’t have to worry, I have a supper fast metabolism. The more I eat the more fat I loose, but for some reason the less I eat the more weight I will gain, so I don’t have to worry about dieting or anything. Though it sucks when it comes that time of month, I don’t eat much & I gain weight, lol.

Exercise supresses appetite && just generally keeping busy, you are probably boredom eating.

You shouldn’t be afraid of the ‘’weight’’ aspect… when exercising, you build muscle which will in turn make you heavier.
