How to stop being so obsessed with my boyfriend?
hey I was just wondering if anyone had any advice to help me … well like me and my boyfriend been going out almost a year :) I love him soo much and he loves me too but I just always feel like im to clingy towards him its just that I dont want to lose him he means everything to me. does any one have any advice that can help me ??
Well here’s the issue. No one should mean everything to you. You should feel secure in yourself and know that no matter what you will be ok. Yes, it would suck to lose him. Big time. But bottom line is, you would survive. Without that knowledge, it is going to be very hard to give him space. Even knowing that your clinginess is probably going to drive him away. So, how about this, a little trust in him, a little trust in your relationship, and a lot of trust in yourself. You can survive without him. It’s just a lot nicer to have him in your life. And if you cant work on your thoughts, then you’re going to have to do it the other way around. Let him call you. Allow him his space while he’s with his friends. Go out with your own friends. Lessen the behaviors you feel are clingy. It will be anxiety provoking at first (it will suck…) but you can do it, you will survive, and surprise surprise, he will still be around even if you arent chasing him.
well if you dont wanna loose him you should give himm some space evry one needs personal space and by hanging to side hes gonna get upset and eventually break up with you and remeber distance makes the heart grow fonder
