Video Games, computer, staying online to see if your guestion gets answers is a good way. Ha ha. There's more, Music really loud, walk around outside or up and down a hallway, talk to someone online or one that phone... and probably the best way is to sleep durring to daylight hours so your body thinks that night time is morning time and vis vursa.
Coffee Drinks are OK but the best thing that you cando is to stay active, keep moving around. Hope this helps ya
