How to lose weight in my thighs?

I was married for the past 1 1/2 years. Before marriage I was very normal with the height5.3ft and 47 kgs. After marriage me and hubby decided to not to have baby thats why v used to do with condoms. After that we refuced that. But after that by month by month my thighs and back are grown very big and when I walk its getting friction. cant able to have a long walk and cant able to walk in steps. It seems muscles has become very weight. I tried home exercises. But no result. Give me a solution for my prob and reason for this?

Drink NONI juice. Do a lot of swimming. Get your thighs massaged by a masseuse to eliminate the extra fat cells.

your thighs is a good place to have weight as long as its muscles weight. if you have cellulite, then you need to loose some fat, but you can grow muscles and loose fat at the same time. do cardio exesizes like running to loose fat. cellulite is fat. if your legs are just pure muscles then its a great thing to be strong and muscular. you can get shafing power you put on to help reduce the irration of chafing(haveing your legs rub). do what you can to prevent chafing, like squat to seperate your legs when you walk or something.

Having big thighs isn’t a bad thing…it means you have muscular legs and is actually healthy. You could trying walking, pilates, and maybe another sport or activity (soccer, tennis, skating, rollerblading, whatev.) so that you can tone the muscle. Hope I helped :)

How does using or not using condoms affect your thighs?? I don’t see how you can think it’s related…but anyway - running & high-intensity cardio excersise will burn fat. Walking is good, but for fat loss you need to work harder. Also eat healthy nutritious food with lots of fruit & vegies.
