craft stores arr the best place to get fabric, ect if you own a sewing machine thats good, if you know how to use it evern better if not youll have to go with a needle and some thread pick out your fabric if its tull its going to be harder to sew, so get a strip of fabric and fold it over were the top is toing to be (were its going to sit around your waist) and sew that together if you want it to be stretchy youll need to gather the fabric and try to use something strecthy to hold it together like elasctic
