I thought crest white strips worked pretty well for me but they can make your teeth sensitive if you use them too much. also whitening toothpaste or toothpaste w. baking soda
baking soda. the worse it tastes the better it works?? lol that seems to be the case. talk to your dentist. like opalescence works really well!! in like two weeks your teeth are like 5 shades whiter.
