I could try to describe one: Find 3 or 4 different colored strings and cut them the length of your arm. Now tie a knot at the top and tape it on a solid surface that won’t move easily. Decide if you want to start with the furthermore left or right string; you will need to go in the same order every time. Now take your first string And make a four like shape by moving the chosen string to the let to make a sideways triangle. Drag the string across all the other strings and loop it underneath. Now pull it back through the triangle. Repeat this 4 or 5 times with the same string. Now move on to the next string in your pattern and repeat.
