Learned it playing with HTML at age 12, now I know PHP, some AJAX, javascript, some flash, and im learning ruby on rails to help around funadvice as a programmer.
Actualy, you will need to register a domain first. Then you can decide on the best platform. I used wordpress. There are lots of good web hosts…(the people who own the server that stores your site)…Webdaddy, bluehost…etc. There is a lot to learn but that should get you started. Remember…its hard to get free advice about this stuff these days because most of us learned it the hard way or went to school for it.
