How can I lose belly fat?

Hi I am 168lbs. I love my body and don’t want to lost all my assets if I workout too much. But my belly is starting to stick out. I wanted to know if there is really something out there that can help me lose my belly fat quickly without doing all the sit-ups and running etc???/

Hi Kisha. If your belly is starting to stick out beauase of execess fat, then you should increase your protein intake a little and reduce your fat intake. This assumes you are not eating all kinds of sugar. This minor change will help you drop a few pounds and put your body in a muscle building state. FitnessGeek

idk just eat cheese and LOTZ of cake i like cake and cookies and ice cream and sum pie and u will loose tons of weight and get very gasy!!
