Okay so I just got some diet pills today called AcaiBurn and I was wondering what else I could do to make it work better? Like what are some exercises I could do that are easy and will help with my weight loss? my family doesnt know im trying to lose weight and I dont want them to. so yea what can I do that isnt really obvious?
Go for walks in the beginning, just fast enough to raise your pulse and start sweating a bit. That's when you'll burn calories. After a while you can pick up running. But eating the right food is just as important.
I also think you should quit the pills. It's a dangerous habit that all people believe there's a pill to take for everything.
And why dhouldn't your family know about this? Please dont be stupid and go for loosing weight if you're not overweight, or if you're too young. It's dangerous to go on a diet if your body isn't fully developed.

excersice and drink lots of water and u should try grape fruit juice it will make u loose like 4pounds a week it makes u crap alot (just to warn u )
Okay just saying I dont want them to know because im embarrased ^.^ And I am overweight, I weigh somewhere around 145 ='[
wake up early in the morning and jug daily for at least 2hours am sure there will be a difference.
