I'm 13, 5'2" and 145 pounds. How much do I have to eat and exercise a day to get down to 120 by Christmas? Is it possible to do that and be healthy at the same time?
My friends in Scotland are coming over to visit me this Christmas... I just want to lose the weight by then.

That's possible.
All you need to do is make sure you're eating several small meals a day (instead of 3 big ones), take smaller portions and avoid anything fatty or processed.
Taking a brisk walk every evening after dinner is good exercise, but you can also do some aerobic-style workouts a few days a week.
Just so you know, though...145 lbs really isn't that bad.
