How to lose thigh weight???

I am 13 and weigh 121 lbs! It alll comes from my thighs because I am rele tone in the upper body I dont have time to excercise because I have so much crap to do What kind of foods have a lot of fiber?

all you should do is top eating fast food!!! thats the only reason you feel the way you do, and how tall are you anyway?

Proper Diet…NOT FASTING! you are still in your growth spurt age.. Anyway.. I usually eat I cucumber I do eat every after meal.. Instead of colas drink juice such as pineapple or orange. If your a filipino 1 cup of rice per meal but if your a bread eater at least 2 slices only. Please don’t eat after 6pm.So your dinner would around 5pm. Avoid foods that are in fats such as bacon. It do work on me. I hope that this could help. Increase protein in your diet and decrease fats and Carbohydrates.
