How to lose pudge

I’m a really skinny girl but I have a bulgy gut! Well, not that bulgy, but I’d like to lose it… Two years ago, it had been really easy to lose with crunches and all that, but I’m a bit older and it’s also been a little harder to tone up after I quit smoking cigarettes. Any advice?

I’m in the same boat. Except I had a baby a year and a half ago and I’m still trying to lose my baby belly. lol What I find that seems to work is the obvious of course.. eating healthy, in smaller and more often portions, exercising-running/walking daily and what I usually do no matter how stupid it sounds is dance. I like to shake my booty around the house and it actually gets at most of your stomach muscles and burns tons of calories… plus it doesn’t suck to do. :)

You need to exercise and eat healthy of course! If your skinny and you eat a lot of junk food, even though you might be thin, it won’t help you at all! You need to reduce sugars, fast-foods, and unhealthy fats. You need to exercise an hour a day…Some toning exercises are Running and exercises like lunges, perfect push-ups, etc…Regular sit-ups aren’t going to help you lose fat.
