How to lose weight so I'm not called names?

They call me ugly and fat. Am tired of it and I want to know how can I loose weight fast. I cant take it no more. Please help.

Step 1: exercise daily. 3-5x a week cardio, 3-6x a week strengthening Muscle burns fat and cardio teaches your body how to burn fat quicker and more efficient. Do cardio in the morning with barely anything in your stomach. Do muscular endurance anytime with something in your stomach and a dose of protein before or after the workout. An hour for cardio and an hour for strengthening.

Step 2: dieting: CHANGE YOUR DIET!!! Do NOT go on a diet because you will just gain all of the weight back that you lost before. Changing a diet does not happen in a day or a week. It takes lots of time and patience for your body to get use to the healthy changes. Low carb diets work well. Eat lots of veggies. If you eat meat then do not eat anything fried or covered in bread/bread crumbs. Supplements like hydroxycut help with cravings and protein shakes and vitamins help with rebuilding/building of your body structure. Nitrious Oxide helps with motivation.

Step 3: Routine and Regularity: Self explanitory…once you start something, stay with it or you will not get much from it. It only takes 5 days for your body to start losing muscle mass once you quit. You can lose up to 10lbs a week and be healthy and you can gain up to 10lbs a month(of muscle) and be healthy. I’ve never came close to those numbers but I’ve seen it done with a LOT of hard work and dedication.

I know your just looking for suggestions & you dont care what I think but I dont think your fat & when people say stufff about me I try my hardest to ignore them.

I drink a lot of water before meals because it fills you up. dont put as much food on your plate because if its on your plate your more likely to eat more, if your still hungry go back for seconds. EAT BREAKFAST.

Girl I know exactly what you are going through… the best advise I can give is drink lots of water… it flushes your system and gets rid of all the fatty substances in your body… if you are like me and LOVE food, then I would say do 30 mins - 1 hour of excersize everyday… and dont eat after 7:00 pm becasue at this time of the nigh your metabolism slows down… but anyways as for excersize I do about 200 leg lifts ever night and I do about 70 crunches… yes the first few weeks it will be stressfull but you will get used to it JUST rememer NO PAIN NO GAIN… let yourself fell the burn and while you are thinking it hurts to bad you have to stop just picture your self really skinny and beautifull… if I can do it so can you… let me know how it goes

Well fist of all you are far from fat and not ugly. Beauty is only in the eye of the beholder. If you love yourself which you should, then dont let the others upset you. By your picture, I dont think you have anything to worry about. But if you are that concerned about your weight, and want to do it for yourself and to feel better, I would suggest looking up on the computer the lemon cleanse diet. It really helped me. You go on it for about 10 days and can really see dramatic results. Then talk to a nutrionalist and get yourself on a healty eating plan and exersize even if its only 20 minutes a day.

Lemons help speed up metabolism. Drinking lots of water and exercising are not only very healthy but will help you lose weight. Also eat lots of vegetables and fruits.
