Answer #1

You cannot lose 25 pounds in 2 weeks. However, there are plenty of things you can do to tone yourself and become healthier.

-Cut out all junk food. No chips, pop, cookies… -Excercise as much as possible. Jumping rope is excellent, do it until your calves start aching. Backward and forwards lunges are good, squats too. Bicycles and leg raises for abs, and push ups for arms. -Smaller Portions. You probably have a plate that you reach for for each meal. Try using a smaller plate and eating no more that one serving a meal.

Answer #4

There is no way to lose that much weight in two weeks. You should lose no more than 2-3 pounds a week. That’s even almost pushing it…if you took time to gain extra weight, you have to take time to take it off too. You can lose one pound a week by reducing your calorie intake by 500 calories, or by burning off an extra 500 calories…If you stop drinking soda, even if it’s diet, you should lose at least five pounds depending on how much you drink. Remember, a woman should not eat less than 1,200 calories a day…even that is a little low..Drink lots of water, and if you want a snack, have some vegetables, a little bit of fruit, or another healthy snack that’s not high in fat, sugar, or sodium..If you lose 2 pounds of fat a week, you can lose 25 pounds in about 12 weeks…That’s not long at all!
