First off, Remember that you’ll need to drink plenty of water. Don’t go for things with synthetic sweeteners. Watch what you eat. Here in the states a manufacturer must put the grams of fat and carbs. along with other things on the label. What most folks don’t know is that they don’t have to put it if it’s under a certain amount. So they use smaller serving sizes to make their product look good or low in fat. Anyhow, Do you exercise? If not then start slowly, say with walking. Don’t forget to warm up before and cool down after. This is best done with stretching. If you’re diet has a lot of fat in it, you’ll need to remove most of it. Lunch needs to be the second largest meal of the day. It needs to be well rounded to fit your needs. Don’t starve yourself. That will cause you to gain fat and loose muscle.

Dinner needs to be the lightest meal of your day. The reason for this is that most of the time between dinner and breakfast is spent sleeping. (there’s a reason that it’s called break fast). This meal also needs to be geared toward your needs.

Snacks: while changing your diet you may need to supplement to help you overcome cravings. That’s ok. Just be smart about it. Fruits and vegtables are great at doing the job. Add nuts to your snacks and before meals. A handfull of almonds, walnuts and pecans are good for you and contain natural hunger suppressors. Don’t over do it with these things. There’s no need to drop the weight if you’ve not got the energy to do what you want when you get there.

On a final note, You may find that you come to a point in this where you’ve stopped loosing weight and maybe gained some small amount. Not to worry, you can loose fat and gain muscle.
