Ok so I'm 15 and I don't have the best body but I really want to get over being so self concious. I really want to learn about how other people deal with body image. Please help me out.
well, first of all- your not the only one!! many many girls seem to struggle over their body more then face!! lol BUt ask yourself this question, do you feel low and self conciuos when you look at girls in the magazine and stuff- or real life females??
MAGAZINes: If you choose this one mostly- then its normal and thats when most girls feel self conciuos. Because they see this amazing mind blowing body that everyguy will like... but remember someting- SOMETIEMS its fake!!! yupp... the faces of models are fake- they would computerize it and change the color, cheek bones.. omg! dont even start with me they change a lot!! PROOF? ( go to google and type in: Dove Campaign for real Beauty. Then somewhere at the top, after you selced U.S for country, put your cursor on features then click VIDEOS. After that choose the Dove films (not self esteem or watevr) and click on the EVOLUTION video.) << WATCH IT!! you will see the big difference! Honestly, it helped my self esteem a whole lot because I was jealous of models beauy... but its fake! so yeah LOL and thats the same for bodies. They do have the technology AND power to change the models BODY SHAPE! or or or some are naturally pretty but they will give them a strict diet.. you see?? its like everything about them is fake because they have to change things about them. you know? NOones perfect.. we all are beautiful in our own way!! trust me, it may be a hard life for us girls but its harder for them becuase many models are forced to go on diet, change something about tehm or even computerize them!!
REAL LIFE GIRLS= if you choose this. then COME ON! lol then again, its tottally normal. BUt dont let those girls make you feel low! I dare you to stop thinking of the good and pretty things they have or are and look and search for the bad- the ugly! im sure you will find!!! either they have I don't know im not going to naem LOL but you know? The only way other girls can make you feel even moer self conciuos is if you act it out. Ofcourse if you hide urself, or even show a face expression that hints your uncomfy or feeeling low- then those girls can tell and may make you feel worse by showing off!! lLike act all prideful infront of you or whatever,,, you get me? Juss NO!! Lift your head up high, shoulders pointed, back straight, wide smile on your face and walk as if you have CONFIDENCE AND PRIDE in yourself!!! Im sure you are very pretty! your unique... sometimes what you dont like about urself- someone else wishes they could have it. you know? some girls like having some weight on them or flat butts or anything watevr (trust me!) and some like the opposite. But its too late to change, you can work out to change the shape but honestly its too late! BUT DONT BE UPSET!!! theres a perfectly good reason of why you are like that.. and im sure ull figure out soon!! dont worry about what others think! Many will try to bring you down, but you gotta prove to them that HEY! you dont give a care and show that you are happpy with who you are! Ps: you can also go in front of a mirror and think of everything uve been complimented on and look for positive things in you EXAPMLE: I (u) have pretty eyes, nice chest size, cute feet,.. blablabal lol :) it should help! think positive, neevr negative!!!
WOW,, deepbeauty16 yu are amzing I was in te same postion but now I feel better and I saw the videos and wow I am suprised waht make up and computering can do the advice had made me feel soo much better and I am gna hold ma head high with courage from now on thank you so much!!
