How to know if you are starting to have your period

Yes it is possible to come.Usually you have cramps,or your breasts are swollen and are hurting a little when you touch them…something like that. Depends on every woman though.Some do not have any pain at all during her period.

It’s highly likely that you are getting your period. It’s nothing to freak out over and if you are having cramps and your body aches you are coming close to it !

No need to worry. I got mine when I was 11. I did not know anything about it. I really freaked out. Asking your mom is the best thing to do. You may get pains in the lower back and feel pukish. You may be likely to see a grey/brown substance on your undie. You should start usin pads/tampom from that time onwards. Avoid running jumping as it may lead to leaking of the pad and can be very embarrasing. You wont be able to predict when they are about to happen in the starting, but soon you will have a cycle and would happen 2 days before or after your usual date.

for me my mom comforted me by saying that I am growing up to be a teen so I have a really good feeling when I have mine as I know I am growing up and I cant wait to be a teen!
