Hmm…get some repairing shampoo! I use the Pantene stuff that they advertise in commercials for growing your hair longer and repairing it! I can’t remember what it’s called right now I think it’s beautiful lengths…my hair is always really soft though, so I don’t know..

The Best shampoo I would reccomend is ‘ABSOLUTE REPAIR’ by Loreal…its only sold in good hair salons and you get good results… its a shampoo for chemically treated hair and rebuilds and restructers and you will see results in 2 weeks with frequent use… you can get the masque which you can use monthly..leave it on for an hour under a plastic cap..if your hair is in really bad condition use once the masque once a week…either way you will have healthier softer and better condition hair.

FIRST OFF How Many people touched your head? NO SINGLE GOOD, CARING,PROFESSIONAL HAIR STYLIST WOULD EVER PERFORM THAT MANY PROCESSES IN THAT SHORT OF TIME…WITHOUT HAVING LAWSUIT FLASH IN THEIR MIND A TRILLION TIMES… OK, you need to see a PROFESSIONAL and need to be honest with EVERY PROCESS you have done!! “what you did” NEEDS to be answered or else SERIOUS DAMAGE as in hair falling out, hair mushing, pixie cut to remove damage, discoloration…PRODUCTS stay in hair UNTIL GROWN OUT & CUT OFF or BLEACHED OUT WHICH IS DAMAGING.

PURCHASE A PROFESSIONAL HAIR PRODUCT SOLD ONLY IN SALONS!!! YES IT IS PRICER but you are paying for HIGHER QUALITY INGREDIENTS and it lasts longer!

I use REDKEN, Blonde Glam Shampoo, and Conditioner, once a week on a day off I leave the conditioner in for 24 hours to repair the damage I do from coloring, flat ironing and curling. You can do all kinds of styles and change them often, just set GOALS to achieve great styles, dont destroy your hair.. and hate every change done, love your hair again take care of it!!

well if you got layers, that’ll soften up the texture of your hair and the overall look now, for shampoos and conditioners. if your hair is really fine and thin, stay away from oils.try to use repairing creams and serums. if your hair is damaged and really thin, then applying oil to your hair will actually burn it, causing it more damage. leave in conditioners such as Infusium 23 Leave in Conditioner treatment is a good idea.after you shampoo your hair all you have to do is apply and style. shampoos: considering that youve gotten two perms in such a short amount of time, I highly recommend that you stay away from any department-store bought shampoos. majority of shampoos bought in stores contain sodium laureth sulfate, or any sort of sulfates, and this ingredient can cause major damage to your hair. doctors say any product with this ingredient shouldnt even be used more than twice a month at the most. so get some professional hair care shampoo, or you can go dirt cheap by using an all natural shampoo. all natural meaning you can use it to clean your body or even clothes. this kind of product doesnt contain any sort of ingredient that will further damage your hair. Castile Soap is a kind of shampoo/soap that can be bought in grocery stores. hope this helped you, and good luck
