How to grow long hair fast?

eating less sugar will help I believe. I havent been having sugar and in the past month, my hair has grown 1 1/2 inches!

If you eat a lot of jello, that sounds way wierd. But its true! If you eat jello, it makes your nails and hair grow faster.
