Well you can put on fat or muscle. Of course fat is easy to put on but muscle will take awhile but can be done…for fat, you just eat a lot and make sure it has plenty of carbs, proteins, sugar and overall calories.

For muscle, I would suggest a high fat, protein and carb supplement and take like 2 or 3x the amount suggested. And of course get a great workout plan.

Yea I agree with theinjun. If you want to gain weight im assuming its muscle. GO to a GNC and get a meal replacement, and eat that with your meals or for breakfast. They have a lot of carbs and calories. IF you consume 2000 calories, then for you to gain a pound increase by 300-400 daily by what ever calorie consumption you take now, then increase slightly. But I reccoment that you workout a little bit too so that the weight you put on isnt just from fat.
