How to put on weight ?
Yea I agree with theinjun. If you want to gain weight im assuming its muscle. GO to a GNC and get a meal replacement, and eat that with your meals or for breakfast. They have a lot of carbs and calories. IF you consume 2000 calories, then for you to gain a pound increase by 300-400 daily by what ever calorie consumption you take now, then increase slightly. But I reccoment that you workout a little bit too so that the weight you put on isnt just from fat.
Well you can put on fat or muscle. Of course fat is easy to put on but muscle will take awhile but can be done...for fat, you just eat a lot and make sure it has plenty of carbs, proteins, sugar and overall calories.
For muscle, I would suggest a high fat, protein and carb supplement and take like 2 or 3x the amount suggested. And of course get a great workout plan.
eat a lot of sweet corn bread and be for you go to sleep eat like two slces of bread with a glass of cold water
eat a lot and dont get off of the computer stay there all day
