How to get through a bad breakup?

So my girlfriend of almost 10 months just left me out of nowhere last wednesday. She says she still loves me but, dosn’t want to be with me. I’m totally heartbroken and havn’t stopped crying. I really just want her to be mine again. What can I do?

im in sort of the same position as you, me and my boyfriend have been together 10 months now and I can tell its over although we are still together. we just arnt working and we both know that soon enough it will come to an end. its really upsetting and everything but sometimes peoples feelings change and theres nothing you can do to make her be with you. ask yourself this, would you rather she be with you and not feel anything for you or not be with you and things will sort themselves out. she may say she still loves you but theres obviously a valid reason for her to not want to be with you. stay strong, good luck x

If she doesn’t want to be with you then she doesn’t love you and we all know you can’t make people love you. The best advice I can give is to let her know you really want to be with her. Let her know that your willing to do whatever it takes.
