How to get smaller legs?
if you ride a bike a lot you can lose a lot of weight in the legs and the stomach. Another thing you can do to get smaller legs, is to eat 3 meals a day and maybe 1 or 2 snacks and get a lot of excersize
They will get more toned and fit if you do regular exercise, walk, run, use a treadmill or similar.
Also make sure you stretch and eat a healthy diet.
