Hey everyone, ok I have bruises on my legs from playing sports, does anybody know how to make them go away faster?
Once they're bruised, you just have to let them heal...not much you can do to make it go faster, but you can try increasing your intake of fruits and vegetables.
If you apply ice when the injury happens, you may be able to avoid getting the bruise in the first place.
I try to apply the "deep freeze" onto the bruise, and if failing that you could always slap frozen peas on the bruise
