How to get out of my hair?

Hey Girl, I was in the same position as you. I had a lot of itchiness and a lot of dandruff would fall out. But I would RECOMMEND HEAD AND SHOULDERS SCALP CARE SHAMPOO and CONDITIONER!! That is a magic wand to your hair girl. Trust me my friend actually recommended this for me and the first day you use it, it starts working. No more flakes or itchiness or irritation. It leaves your hair/scalp smooth,healthy,clean and it smells great.

There is actually this shampoo better than head and shoulders, its called “Tea Tree” and its in a green bottle, has PAUL MITCHELL written across the bottom, try it before using head and shoulders. it works really well, my friend used it and I use it to prevent dandruff now :] I wash my hair everyday with pantene pro-v frizz control and then 3-4 times a week I use the tea tree after the pantene. my hairs soft, curly, and shiny, but not greasy. I have no dandruff either :]

do an initial BIG hair scrub where you massage your scalp with your fingers and shampoo 2-3 times in one shower to get all the dandruff out and then continue shampooing normally with a good dandruff shampoo (head and shoulders)

Yea shampoo and mayb wash your hair twice or three times a week

Get a good dandruff shampoo and make sure you wash your hair often
