How to get my period back?

I am 22. My periods were regular but I did not get my periods from the last 2 months. I have never had sex with anybody therefore I did not do any pregnancy test. I have a habit of masturbating. Is it all because of this?? I am worried. Please suggest me an advise. Tell me a medicine so that I can get back my periods. Thank u. Waitin for your reply.

dont panic, at least you know you’re not pregnant. Masturbating does not effect your menstral cycle at all . If you are not on the pill periods can be very irregular , stress can play a big part in your menstral cycle, sometimes you can totally miss one or they can come early or late. Your diet can also effect your periods, if you are hardly eating at all your periods can stop all together. If you want to have a regular period, go on the pill. The pill will ensure that you get your period every 28 days so you know when its coming. Try to relax and not stress out too much. If you are really worried go and see a doctor, but if you said you have’nt had sex then you have nothing to worry about .
