I am looking for some advice on how to get motivated to:
1) lose weight, I am male 21 years old and 5'11" and weight 235lbs 2) get my first girlfrined, never been kissed,
need advice on how to change for the better, and stop being lazy, I need to get in shape to have more energy and be more outgoing, I am not to the eye obese but I feel that way...any advice is much appreciated.
I have the very same question exept im 13 5'8 and 180 pounds...it sucks...
