How to get a profile pic

I have a profile pic in my documents but whenever I klik the thing is says itll sk me for it, that dont make sense to me.

Use the “my photos” link, then click to find your photo on your desktop, then upload it, and be sure to add a caption. Also make sure the file is gif / jpg or png, as those are the only 3 file formats we support.
