I really, really dislike the taste of tomatoes. Cherry tomatoes, regular tomatoes, green tomatoes, I just don't like the taste of them at all. But I'm starting a fat flush and tomatoes are one of the main things I'm suppose to eat (because they're extremely nutritious). Anyone know of some way I could prepare them so that I may like them better? Or anything they may go well with them to distract me from the taste? Thanks (:
Cut tomatoes in half, remove the inside stuff so you have two 'tomatoes' cups, then add whatever you want inside it, eg: mince meat (eweee) or cheese or other diced vegetables.
Using the BBQ or a just a pan, if you don’t have access to your dad’s BBQ to chargrill your tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes into chunky pieces and thread them through steel skewers, place them directly onto the bbq grill...I put tomatoes, egg plants, capsicums and potatoes on the skewers and serve these on a plate with some indian jasmine steam rice...My favourite dish, it's delicious and ideal for weight watchers
P.S. do not get the curry flavoured jasmine rice, it's horrible and leaves an after taste in your mouth
cut the tomatoes into tiny little pieces, put a bit of olive oil, a bit of balsemic viniger, and cut small tiny pieces of peparoni with it.. eat it with bread.. I also HATE tomatoes, I'm even worse, I throw up when I eat them sometimes.. as soon as I start tastin them in a sandwich or something I just feel like throwin up and when mom forces me to eat them I actually throw up .lol. yea I cant, I just cant eat tomatoes.. but try this mix, you wont taste the tomatoes :D which is great! :) well to me.. it's great :W and when you eat salad put sauce with it or something so that you dont taste the tomatoes.. :) hope I helped, have a great day! :D
I know just how you feel: I also hate tomatoes!
But, something that surprised me is that I love the taste of sun-dried tomatoes. They have a distinctly different, richer flavor than regular tomatoes--and just as important, a different texture. If you haven't already, give 'em a shot. You can find them at most grocery stores.
dice them up and put leight amounts on your food its that easy, and if that dosnt work dice them and put spices on them
