How to convince my mom to let me get my eyebrow pierced?

Well, I never had to convince my parents when I was a minor, but a friend of mine does piercing and we were talking about minors with piercings. Basically point out that you want one, and you could be doing worse things. Point out you are responsible and mature. Also point out there are other kids your age who are doing/selling drugs, getting pregnant and out party all night. All you want is a piercing that can always be taken out if you change your mind.
