Look. My face is usually clear. but around my period it breaks out. this is very embarassing. is there anything you can sugest to get fid of them really fast?
apply a dab of tea tree oil to the spot to help dry it, tea tree is a natural healer and disinfectant, so you wont scar as it will heal better. DO NOT SQUEEZE!!! these kind of pimples are hormonal so there really is no long term way of getting rid of them, its just managing it better at that time of month. never use any facial products that contain alcohols or artificial fragrances as this will dehydrate your skin and imbalance the protective acid barrier on your skin, which is not good as that acid barrier (called the acid mantle) protects your skin from bacterias in the environment, therefore reducing the chances of environmentally caused pimples.
I hope that makes sense to you. and never use soap!! as alkalis that soap are made of also strip your acid mantle!!! not good!!!
regular facial will also do you good!
I have that same problem I ust wash my face woth clean and clear and it goes away
