how to clean "down there"
is soap good for when your washing your “southern area”. If not what is the best way to clean urself down there?
My obgyn said it is perfectly safe to use johnson and johnson babywash. He also said that the wipes they sell can be harsh and not to use them.
no soap isnt good, it can upset the ph balance and cause things like yeast infections you dont need to clean down there anyway your vagina is a self cleaning organ discharge is what it cleans out if you want just wipe it with a wet towel/wipe
Use baby soap on the outside never wash the inside. Don’t use any fragranced soaps. It can irritate you.
