I am very thin with a weight 54 kgs and height of 6 ft 3 inches.please help me how to gain fat as my bone of hand and legs are very thin and my legs are very thin please help me.
54 Lbs! If your 6 ft 3 in. you should weigh around 200 Lbs to be healthy I suggest you eat a lot of hi starch foods like Potatoes and lots of Hi - protein foods. it's not good for Skeletons to walk around to much so Eat heavy before you sleep for a while and Stay away from physical activity for a month or 3 and. . . . Eat lots of Salty food. the Salt will help you retain water better.

well, like everyone else said, eat carbs. pasta, rice, bread, butter. things like that, and don't over exercize yourself

the milk helps the bones. and penut butter makes you gain weight.
54lbs is 3.8 stone if you were that I think you would b dead do you mean 154?
