How do you make the layered eye shadow look?

How do you make the layered eye shadow look? I also need different ways to wear eye makeup! Any advice? :)

well what I would do is put on a thin layer of one colour and then either blend another colour in slightly above or ontop of the previous colour. try experimenting ;) but I think that eyeliner and mascara look great.

I agree… you cant get better unless you sit and play. and it all depends on what colors look best with your eyes and the shapes of your eyes. I have almond shaped eyes and it works easiest to blend the lighter colors towards the insides of my lids and towards my eyebrows and getting darker towards the outter part of my eye and more towards the lash line if that makes sense… I try to make the darker colors towards my mascara and eyeliner. but practice blending. its the most frusterating thing to have someone ask why both your eyes arent blended the same.
