How much should I weigh?

what should an ideal 5’10 16 year old boy weigh? I workouts for like about 30 minutes a day everyday. I am very active in every sport and iam very competive. Right now I weigh 150lbs

Answer #1

I am 6’3” and 184 lbs, in decent shape. if you figure about 5 pounds per inch, thats 184 minus 25 pounds or 159 lbs. So you have a good weight

Answer #2

hey! I’m 15, and i work out for about 60 minutes a day. I’m 147, so i figure you have a pretty good weight

Answer #3

By checking your BMI (Body Mass Index) number you are at an average weight. Your BMI number indicates your weight in contrast to your height not taking into account your muscle or fat content. You can carry your weight well if you have more muscle than fat. You can visit this website http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/calc-bmi.htm so you can visually see your number and at what point you are in the normal zone. However, if you feel you can be more fit than choose the areas you are least satisfied with and work those areas specifically. If you are not happy with your arms or legs than get specific exercises to tone up or build muscle in those areas.
